The Overthinker Guided Journal is a collaborative effort created with input from real-life experiences and industry expertise. The main contributors are Maria Korhonen and Meghan Marr.
Maria Korhonen is the Co-Founder of Pulse of Potential and has personally struggled with overthinking in her daily life. She wanted to create an affordable, approachable solution to help others and herself manage their thoughts and find peace.
Meghan Marr is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (MACP). She brought her professional expertise to the journal, ensuring the prompts and exercises are rooted in proven therapeutic practices. Together, they’ve created a journal that’s both relatable and effective.
