Processing & Handling time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped to the email you provided at checkout. If you didn't receive an email contact us at contact@pulseofpotential.com.

Digital file orders are fulfilled immediately after purchase, and you will be able to download them without any delay. The files will also be sent to your email. If you didn't receive an email contact us at contact@pulseofpotential.com.

Shipping Rates:

We offer free shipping internationally for all orders over $60 USD. For orders under $60 USD the standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that we currently do not ship to military addresses and the following countries:

If your order has not arrived in 28 business days, contact us at contact@pulseofpotential.com. Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. We take no responsibility for delivery delays outside of our control and will take no action on these orders during that time.

All applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes associated with your order are covered by us. The price you pay at checkout is intended to be the final price, and you should not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

If you are contacted by a carrier, customs authority, or other party requesting payment of import duties or taxes, please do not make payment before contacting us. Email us at contact@pulseofpotential.com with your order number and a copy or screenshot of the payment request, and our team will assist you.

Our coverage applies to legitimate import duties and taxes directly associated with the original delivery of your order. We are not responsible for additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, refusal or failure to accept delivery, storage or redelivery fees, penalties, or payments made without first contacting us and receiving our confirmation.

Country of Origin

We have always been open and transparent that our items are produced in China. We are proud of our boutique facilities that take extreme care of our custom products. Our team is located all over the world, including the UK, United States, Canada, and Australia, and our products are designed in Europe.

To make sure our products are as accessible as possible we ship very globally. This means that we may not have a local warehouse in your country just yet and our international warehouse is near Shanghai in China. Nevertheless, we pay close attention that the shipping time to all countries stays as short as possible and duties are always paid for.
