Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement. 

To start a request, you can contact us at contact@pulseofpotential.com. Be sure to include your order number when submitting your request. Providing digital images with your initial request will speed up the resolution. 

Refunds

To start a refund request, please contact us at contact@pulseofpotential.com with your order number and the reason for refund. We will notify you once our team has reviewed your request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

We do not accept return shipments purely for environmental reasons, and instead encourage local charity donations. As we want our products to be as accessible as possible, we also ship very globally. Because of this we always don't have a local warehouse in your country. If we were to accept return shipments it might not only be very expensive for you to ship it back to us, but also a big burden on the environment to sustain this back-and-forth of order shipments.

If you are not happy with your item, we are always happy to provide a full refund or store credit depending on your preferences. To start a refund request, please contact us at contact@pulseofpotential.com. But then we always encourage our customers to donate the non-wanted items to a local charity. 

If the item is defected and can not be donated, we advise you to please recycle the item as well as possible.

Cancellations

We generally do not accept cancellations unless the situation is very serious. But we can make changes to your order within 2 hours of your purchase. Please contact us at contact@pulseofpotential.com and we are more than happy to help.

We have a lifetime money-back guarantee on the Growth Guided Journal. To be eligible for this guarantee you have to have first finished every prompt in the Growth journal. If you are not happy with the journal after finishing all of the prompts, contact us at contact@pulseofpotential.com and request your money back. Please send video or photo proof that you have finished the prompts. We will then return your money no questions asked.

The Sleep Journal: Two-week money-back guarantee

We offer a two-week money-back guarantee on the Sleep Journal. To be eligible, you must complete all exercises and sleep logs in the journal. If you do not see any improvements, contact us within 30 days of your purchase at contact@pulseofpotential.com and request your refund. Please send video or photo proof of completing the journal. We will return your money, no questions asked.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
